Anna & Josh’s Winter Wedding at Nocton Woolshed | Chris Turner | Auckland Wedding Photographer
Anna & Josh’s day started in the morning at their family home, the wedding was planned in a pretty short time frame due to family members all coming together from all around the world, brothers leaving the day after, and brothers arriving the day before. On top of that Anna’s Dad had just recovered from cancer so to have him there was such a special thing for me to photograph.

Josh got ready with his two brothers that were also his groomsmen at an Airbnb nearby. My good friend Coralee Stone photographed the boys for me.
Josh is such a kind humble guy, a beast of a Greek man haha. Their engagement shoot at Piha was super fun as well btw, here are a couple of photos from that
After the boys got ready we popped down to a local park for a first look before the ceremony, helps calm the nerves I think!
And then on to the Ceremony and Nocton Woolshed just 5 mins from the first look spot, after the girls jammed out to Taylor Swift in my car obviously…
After the ceremony I had Coralee mingle with the guests and get a bunch of couple photos while I took some family photos in the beautiful light
After the Ceremony we got a few more photos with the bridal party around the venue and then I stole Josh & Anna off for a sneaky sunset shoot down at the beach, it only takes about 7 minutes to get there!
Then back out of the cold into the warmth of Nocton Woolsheds reception, heating on, blankets out. Sorted.
A few speeches later, some cake and donuts then the sweet dance moves were out the bag
